Belief is the driving force of ability. I truly believe that the mind and spirit connection can achieve anything that your mind believes it can. I believe in the principles I write about, I spend many hours studying Nature Bible and tapping into information that is given to me and that is as humbling as it is profound.
So, it’s time to chronicle the ability of the human mind and who is better to do such a thing then myself. The man who writes all about this, it is time to put my money where my metaphysical mouth is.
I have been wearing glasses/contact lenses for about 20 years. I remember the day they told me I needed glasses it was in school at the age of 11. Interesting thinking back at the time because I do not remember having any vision problems at the time but maybe I did who know. All I remember about age 11 is the Thundercats, Transformers, and playing sports in the Brooklyn school yards.
I have decided to do something right now that I haven’t done in 20 years. I am taking my glasses of right now and I am going to correct my vision using NOTHING but my mind and the visualization techniques that I believe in so much. I will be chronicling this on my blog and ask that if you see the importance of this metaphysical experiment to please tell others, to tell others. I am going through this journey in real time and I am confident of the outcome because these principles that I write are more real than the nose on your face. So, let’s put it to the test together!
The good news for this project is that I have recently had a prescription change and I can mark the improvement with actual numbers and I will be getting my eyes checked again when my eye sight is corrected.

So stay tuned and let others know about the importance of this experiment not only for me and my eye sight but for the world to see in real time the power of the inner self and maybe then they will start questioning how and look with-in for the answers.
So, here it goes. I will leave you with this as I take my glasses of and go out with determination and confidence that I will accomplish this. You can do anything you set your mind to if you believe you can as long as you know where the power comes from….. Inside

I believe you can do it. All of my adult life, my blood pressure has been high and barely medically controlled.
ReplyDeleteI believed I could live life with normal blood pressure without taking medication. I believed I could make the necessary adjustments to my diet and my level of exercise (which my Dr said would help but I would always need medication).
I made the lifestyle and diet changes but I also changed my perceptions, my thought processes and my belief system.
My blood pressure is only a couple of points above normal. I have not taken my BP meds in almost 6 months. I have not told my Dr. She has said nothing about my BP other than it looks fantastic. She must think it's the meds in combination w/ my diet changes.
You can do this....WE can do this!
I am off to my next challenge and I will be interested in following your progress!!!!
