I AM the Most Important Person in The Universe!

Here I stand in the center of the universe. My universe in which I am the creator of and the creation, there is no one as important as me in this Universe. I realize that because I AM in the center of my universe I am in a position of ultimate power. I am the master of my Universe and I can control anything that goes on with-in that Universe. I live with-in this universe, and I mold this universe because I live in the center of this universe which is located in the metaphysical center of me. Truth be told the metaphysical sense of me is truly who I AM and so are you.
You are the Universe; your Universe is in a great place of power and love.

I do not think there are words sufficient enough to explain these truths because there is only ONE way to find this out and that is through YOU. That is not negotiable although the methods will be as unique and personal as the individual.

I was able to gain access to this wonderful world of Metaphysical knowledge when I accepted responsibility for everything that has ever happened to me and I accepted that it was my fault entirely. I do not blame anyone for my F-ups I have and always have had the choice of living the life I wanted. I then choose to look fear in the face and try to understand the unknown. This was the thought behind the subtitle for my book “15 Days to a beautiful life - Understanding God”. I have no Idea how to describe what I am seeing as truth and I feel like I am seeing above things at times with lack of language to express it. I can just tell you taht the answers are right there for you inside your true self.

It is becoming undeniable that the metaphysical is becoming a real force in this world and I have watched many ancient theologies warm up to this idea, which is wonderful. As long as there are people like you and me who put the fact with feelings and look inside, we will always be amazingly blessed. When we look with-in we magically have a mutual understanding of free will and individual preference because we will know the truth and purpose of choice. Besides those that do not observe this truth will not be part of a masters Universe and are not a vibration match. This is the Universal Law which is set by the hand of those who observe it and is as powerful as your Universe wishes it to be.

No matter what you say … There is NO tomorrow

There is no tomorrow … Do you disagree? Can you prove the existence of tomorrow? By the time you get there it will be today. So, then you will be left with the infinite oxymoron of proving the day after. So, do not argue something in which you have no tangible proof that it exist. For those of you who have my book 15 days to a beautiful life you know my theory of time paradigms (sorry about the dork word paradigm just means personal belief system that by which you live by).

It is my contention that there are only two general ways one can observe time. Simply put you can observe time in a non- stop observation of the moment or time can rush by you as you cannot grasp the present and only the idea of what is to be or has been. It’s either your living in the now or not. It’s like a light switch and is not bendable from a physical sense. Luckily there is also a metaphysical sense!

There is no way for someone to be truly living if they are constantly dreading tomorrow and hating the past. Do you think Michael Jordon was not in the moment as he lit up the garden for 55 point every time he stepped on the court? Of course he was in the moment. That’s why he succeeded he was able to work hard enough off the court to build his confidence and belief in himself. I don’t think anyone would debate that Jordan was the best of the best. If you do not know Michael Jordan’s story then you should, it has always been my belief that if you want to be successful you should probably study people who succeed. He was actually cut from his high school basketball team. Then he decided not to let that stop him and to be a basketball player. He made this his #1 goal and obviously did it and made it look easy in the process. I swear that guy could fly and it even if you were a diehard knick, Celtics of hawks fan you were watching the games to see Jordan! They should have made Jordan play blindfolded and I am sure they still would have won all those titles the only difference is he would have sold a billion dollars worth of Jordan blind folds in the process. Great people love adversity because it births opportunity because they see it as that. This mindset does not happen overnight and consequently I do not think that Knicks John Starks was living in the moment when he went 2 for 20 in the in the GAME FREAKIN 7 FINALS!

Anyway, this living in the moment stuff may be a bit more than a suggestion. If you do your homework and find out what makes people great. That would be a staple and whether they knew it or not was a big part of why everything they touch turns to gold.

So, it’s that simple live in the moment and you will be successful. Have a great weekend everybody!

Now if I was making best selling DVD’s I might be tempted to end the article but lucky for all of us I assume my readers are adults and their brains will not explode if I complete this essay and tell you what is true to my heart.

That through every major religion, theology, mythology and paradigm that I have studied and unless you worship a head of lettuce, I have probably studied your belief system (If anyone remembers that episode of 3’s company please reply), I also speak from a scientific and philosophical point of view when I say that everyone thing I have for mentioned speaks the praises of Meditation along with Phil Jackson and the Multi-World Champion Lakers. Hello!!! Knock!!! Knock!!! Oh and in case you forgot Phil Jackson was Michael Jordan’s coach during the time that all you could do was watch Jordan and the Bulls dismantle everyone.

There are proven health, psychological and physical benefits of meditation. Not to mention countless NBA championship rings. Religions suggest it for various reasons and I have always found it extremely interesting how cultures meditate on a different spot in their minds eye. I have done as many of these techniques from various corners of the world as I am aware of and they are all wonderful and there is no one set way that works the best. It’s as individual as your fingerprints along. It is when we appreciate diversity in general not just as ethnic races but as a human race.

To me meditation is like shutting off the outside world so you can feel how blessed and loved you are by listening to the sound of your inner spirit. It is said when we speak the divine listens and when we meditate we listen to the divine. There is only one person who can truly tell you what meditation is like and that’s you.
All you need to do is quiet your mind in a comfortable place, when done every day you become better and better at it and you come to a place of neutrality and non-interference. You will receive all the answers you are searching for and you will be pleasantly surprised at the answers, although I can guarantee no two answers will ever be exactly alike. This is all wonderful to hear and I am sure many people will agree with the benefits of meditation and healthy thought but the person in the bathroom mirror is the only one who can get you there.
I am sure you’re wondering what this has to do with living in the moment. Living in the moment is a natural side effect of Meditation and looking with-in. There is nothing you cannot do when you get in touch and find out who you truly are but that is and always will be up to you.

I have new and exciting news regarding Big Papa Philosophy (My wife’s new nickname for me) and New Thought Movement Publishing.

I am proud announce and head a literary project so unique that is going to change literature forever. I will admit that most of the details of this project are on the DL (Down Low for anyone who does not know) and the the rest of the details are still in artistic debate and will be a major factor as the format is something that has never been done before.

What I can tell you is;

Typically each week I get about 50 or so e-mails asking me various questions. Usually they are great questions. Occasionally I get questions about the Jersey shore, which I will say to you yes I am an Italian-American from Staten Island and used to body build but I never hung out in Jersey I was more of a Manhattan guy and cannot claim to be a Guru on any of those subjects and am not 100% sure why I am getting these questions but that’s neither here nor there. The only thing I can think of, which is a wacky bit of trivia when I make it to Trivia Pursuit. One of the cast members was my Pizza delivery boy but I will not blow his spot up although it is another great example of how ANYTHING can happen and in the blink of an eye your whole life can change for the better.

We will be selecting the 21 of the best questions will be selected (Not the ones about Snookie and the Situation) and answering them in this upcoming project. If your question is selected you will have the benefit of plugging your work, participate in the dedication page etc...

This is a great opportunity for new writers or entrepreneurs but is not exclusive to them and of course anonymous questions will get the same consideration as well. A great question is a great question regardless of the source and no preferential treatment will be given no matter what!

Living the Truth

I am sure someone has asked you this question many times; although depending on your age the phrasing may be different. The most common form of this question is “What do you do for a living?” I am going to assume that 99.99% of the time this refers to work or your job in some way. Most people relate who they are with what they do. This subconscious hick-up can cause a ton of unnecessary negative emotion and even worse “Writers Block”.

Truth be told, even the most glamorous job cannot define you. You are way more magnificent than that. If you are a musician, artist or writer your work may be a reflection of which you are as a person but it is you the creator who breathes life into the creations in which you create. You are unique and anything that more than one person calls them self cannot represent you ij your entirety. I am a writer, a dad and a husband no one thing describes me although I am proud to be all of them.
There are over 6 billion beautiful people that are each truly unique, no two are exactly alike. Your body is your temple and it holds the most beautiful, loving and extraordinary amazing creature inside of it; Your Spirit.

The spirit that is inside of you is the truth, your truth. The only truth you shall ever have. I say to my readers almost every essay, blog, speech or book I create. To look inside, they ask me why?

Your spirit will answer all the questions you have and I can assure you that the answer will be as unique as the faces that represent the journey to get them. Man has got into a great deal of trouble by telling others how to live and what to believe in. The obsession to be right is something that has taken many men to the point of insanity and all for not because each person’s path is unique and their interaction with the path they are on.

Many people pick up self help books like mine and hope that the book is a user manual to their souls but that would serve no purpose to you. I choose to put the power in your hands, I write to point out that there is beautiful and loving magic inside of you that is always at your disposal and is as abundant as infinity. This journey is deeply personal because we all do not all think the same exact thoughts. Your path is either littered with negative thoughts, hate and intolerance. Or your path is pure of all impurities which are one of many symptoms of the positive thoughts you think, and positive affirmations you say.

That being said, this all comes back to loving yourself. Desiring what you want is the easy part. The belief that you can do it and feel that you are worthy enough to have it is another. This is where you find the state of being needed to succeed and it also provides you with the endurance to make positive thinking an effective Life style choice. If you cannot find love for in yourself, you will not find that love in yourself. That love is your truth and is your spirit and it has always been there waiting for you to stop star gazing and look inside.

Try Loving yourself and Love whatever it is that makes you, YOU!

Then figure out what you believe and start looking for the magic in your life. You will be surprised in what you find and how amazing you truly are.

No matter what your theology it serves you no purpose to doubt yourself; so pay attention to that gut instinct, respect each other’s path, and put your faith in yourself where it belongs.
